RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations can be made for parties of 6 or more. Parties of 6-14 guests may book online at Yelp Reservations or click on the “reserve now” link below. For parties of 6-24 guests you may also call 510.843.7996 to make a reservation. We answer our phones from 10:30am – 10:30pm (except for Tuesdays when we are closed).

All reservations must meet a minimum charge of $30 per person including tax and service charge (minimum charge does not apply to children ages 12 and under). 18% service charge shall be added to parties of 6-24. 20% service charge shall be added to parties of 25 or more.

We do not guarantee specific tables, however, please let our host team know if you have a table preference when you book your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to high demand we allocate approximately 2 hours per reservation. Please let us know beforehand if you feel you will need more time for your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of $15 per person.

 

PARTIES OF 25 GUEST OR MORE

For parties of 25 guests or more please send your requests to events@greatchinaberkeley.com. Additional reservation policies for large parties will apply. Our event planner will notify you of these policies upon receipt of the email request.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LESS THAN 6 PEOPLE?

We reserve about half of our dining room for walk-ins. Walk-ins are seated on a first-come-first-serve basis depending on table availability. Wait times may vary.
